Why Would I Invest In EQUI? - Part 2: Evaluation Based On Personal Assessment

My Personal Views

Firstly I would like to note that the points stated below are my personal views and should in no way be seen as me shilling the EQUI project. The points are the positives I have taken from series of discussions and brainstorming with my personal crypto community.
When it comes to investing in ICOs and Blockchain projects sometimes it’s those factor that cannot be quantified that makes the difference between a good project and a great project.
I have seen cases where a project that is not very awesome on paper will do so much more than the really attractive on paper projects. With the infancy of the Blockchain and decentralized ecosystem compared to the stock market or other related industries, the crypto universe reacts in a really explosive way to every sign of FUD which always have a lasting effect on the value of tokens.
In the times of crypto winter “a long period of continued bearish market” there are different categories of tokens in my opinion; there are those tokens that will see an immediate crash in its value and will take a long time to recover, while at the same time there are some tokens that maintain their values, shows only marginal changes or even increase in value irrespective of the bearish market trend. 
It’s the qualitative properties of these two types’ of projects that sets them both apart from each other.
I will be analyzing from my personal viewpoint, some qualitative properties of EQUI, these will include; the target market of the project and the confidence afforded by the project team.

Target Market:

The target markets for the EQUI project are investors, entrepreneurs and business startups. The main targets of EQUI are individuals and firms who are looking to use the platform as a gateway into a world of several great investment opportunities. For as much as this project is needed by investors, it is also to some extent really needed by some business startups. Why? Because a lot of projects and businesses die off not because they don’t have the right ideas or plans but because they needed either a cash infusion or infusion of ideas to thrive and grow. 

What effect will this have on the token market value? 

I personally believe the EQUI tokens will have a stable market value because the primary target of the project (investors) will use the platform to invest their tokens to reap future rewards so in a bearish market there won’t be a case of investors looking to sell off their tokens. The holders too will be encouraged to hold their tokens on the platform as the make an extra 5% through the EQUI loyalty platform in addition to the value of their tokens. However the traders with weak hands may be tempted to sell tokens in a bearish market, but the stability effect brought by the investors and holders will cause a reciprocating effect and most traders are more comfortable to hold stable tokens.

Confidence In The Team:

The confidence of most crypto communities in a project always starts from the team, then after that comes into question of whether the project is delivering. 
As far as the team strength goes there are very few experts qualified to lead the team for a project of this nature, with Doug and Michelle belonging to that group of experts, they have had enormous success in their previous ventures and there is little to suggest this will be different. On the aspect of project; 
The EQUI ecosystem is going to be a platform that exposes a lot of businesses and even crypto projects to the world. A lot of investors (both crypto and non-crypto) spends ours researching and investigating projects to invest in. EQUI which is a platform that provides already researched and professionally vetted projects is going to be highly welcomed by the crypto universe.

What effect will this have on the token market value? 

The experience of the team and ability to deliver great investment opportunities as promised will have a positive effect on the community’s confidence in the EQUI platform. Confidence In a project in the crypto universe spreads like wildfire and it will only be matter of time before people who have a negative bias towards crypto will also adopt the platform because of the nature of investment opportunities it provides. This will however reflect in the increase in value of the tokens.
A level of confidence in this nature is not something that can easily fade with FUD rather it may draw more people to the platform in periods like this as investors will be looking to be more careful with investments.
Concluding the two parts of the reasons for which I will be investing in EQUI, I believe the project is at this stage of my analysis has a very good rating. EQUI has what it takes to be a successful project.
Next will be my analysis on the token sale/ICO stage where I will be looking into the token economics and how they may affect the potential value of EQUI tokens.
