This leaves investment in these businesses to the really wealthy individuals, or sometimes firms who are able to pool funds from their investors to get into these projects. Unaccredited or non-wealthy investors like I will have to wait the company's shares are traded on the stock exchange before we can get a piece of the pie. By then a lot of growth in Company's value and invested funds has being realized, investors at this stage will make fractions of the profit the top dogs have made.
