The internet “according to Wikipedia” is a global network system of interconnected computer networks that use the internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to link devices worldwide.
In a planet that houses over 3.5 billion internet users and 8.4 billion IoT devices connected to the internet ”according to Ganter”, they all do have Internet Protocol Addresses (IPs) in common.

The Challenge

However, End user consumers of internet services face huge IP challenges as they are required to change their IP or remain anonymous before they can access some internet contents, for privacy reasons or due to geographical location.
There has been a yearly exponential growth in the need for remote IP usage. The use of VPN among end user consumers has grown really popular because of; the improved privacy and security, access to geo-blocked services/media and also to bypass national and corporate restrictions.
Business providers of VPN applications and security layers however have seen success in providing these services of privacy and anonymity for consumers over the years but with a few lingering problems. Some of the problems the user’s faces are;
  • No revenue generated from sharing of IP by providers
  • Payment of high subscription fees for usage of VPN software
  • Limited supply of IP from geographical locations in high demand
  • Integration of several dedicated software
  • liability; as you don’t know what actions the users are doing using your IP address

The invention of the Blockchain technology and its growth over the years has made possible the development of smart contracts and projects for solving of real life problems in a decentralized nature with Blockchain technology.
The demand for a fully decentralized platform for safe exchange of IP assets/ addresses has been long overdue and the solution to this problem is finally here in the form IP EXCHANGE platform.

What is IP EXCHANGE?

IP EXCHANGE utilizes the Blockchain technology in providing the solution for this problems and offers more to both the providers of IP assets and the users.
IP EXCHANGE is a Blockchain based system fully automated, with full clearing of utility tokens associating the price and distribution based on offer and demand for IPs. IPSX is the first truly decentralized IP Sharing Marketplace, which will create a global marketplace for IPs.

What do users benefit from the platform?
  • Ability to share a device’s IP addresses or as a Data Center to share a full range of unused IPs in order to win real-time IPSX tokens in a safe way.
  • Clients would be able to access, in real time, IPs from all around the world and use them for short period of times, as of 5 seconds up to a whole month.
  • IP Exchange will create a framework and a marketplace and allow any business and service providers to build custom made applications that require large volume of IPs based on IP Exchange’s SDK and APIs.
  • VPN providers would be able to integrate their system with IPSX’s SDK to let their clients choose from millions of IPs from all around the world.

How Does IPSX Works

IPSX offers services to both end users and data centers alike. As an end user you will be able to install an application on your device and share your device's IP in a couple of seconds on the IP Sharing Exchange platform, or rent an already existing IP from IPSX platform. As a data center you will be able to share a full range of unused IPs on the IPSX platform.
IPSX has created a Blockchain platform where you will be able to safely lend your IP to other people. The IPSX ecosystem will be structured on three major layers: blockchain layer, front layer and VPN connection layer.
Why IPSX? (Why would I invest in this project?)
For personal evaluation of ICOs, I reference four major aspects of any project namely; the project, the team, the road map and the ICO structure.
The Project:
A project like this has been long overdue and may seem technical but with the Blockchain technology and the experience/track record of the team members, I believe this project will achieve its milestones and will revolutionize the IP market.
The Team:
The IPSX team has 11 members who consist of marketing, financial and tech experts. I did due diligence and analyzed the team’s background and expertise and by researching their LinkedIn profiles, which is available on the IPSX website https://www.ip.sx/ 
I believe this is a team capable of delivering the project.
The Road Map:
The Road map shows the concept creation in August 2017 and company formation in Q4 2017. I always look to project already with a prototype but in this case the launch of the Cross device app and security Is slated for Q2 2018 so it is not too far away. The final launch will be in Q3 2018 so the full implementation of the project will be sooner rather than later.
The Token and ICO Structure:
The IPSX is a utility token based on the Ethereum Blockchain. IPSX tokens will be used as a unit of exchange between the actors of the IPSX ecosystem and also for commission payments to the platform for all the details that are sealed inside the IPSX ecosystem. 
The Token sale starts 28th of February and ends 5th of March. People living in or whom are citizens of the United States or America, China and Canada cannot participate in the ICO. The unsold tokens will be burned after the completion of the sale.

Conclusion:
From my personal evaluation, my ratings for IP Exchange ICO is a high one rating and by my standards, this represents a great project.
This project has a good feel to it and I am looking forward to its implementation. I am bullish about IPSX and I can see it conveniently making good returns in a few months, in terms of value. I personally will HODL the tokens for a long time for higher rewards, and also to use it on the platform.
