Personal Data Market is Flawed - PDATA Tackle's This Flaws

Data Market: A Limited Market

The data brokerage market is a multi billion dollars one. Zettabytes of data are exchanged yearly between the brokers and the customers (companies and industries).
The data market is nevertheless flawed. Companies pay highly for data but more often than not, the acquired data seldom have the required effect on the upturn of revenues or maximizing profit. Why does this happen?

Online Spying

The answer lies in the data gathering process. Data brokers often acquire personal data through back doors and online spying on consumers and this may have proven to work in the past but recently people have become more aware of their security and take necessary measures to protect their personal data or provide false information when browsing the Internet or during similar activities.
This result in users giving off false and incomplete or inconsistent data, the brokers gather these data anyway and still sell for the same value.

True but False Data

Consumer behavior is a complex thing to understand. People do different things for different reasons and there are several factors that contribute to how a person acts at any particular time.
What do I mean?
Example: A person may develop interest in some activities or choices maybe in entertainment or other things due to an incident that may have just occurred in his or her life. These activities are not necessarily his or her way of life but may reflect the way they feel at the current point in time.
Someone going through a bad breakup may develop some unorthodox shopping choices or online browsing patterns. This data when gathered can easily be confused as a normal pattern and it may take a relatively smart AI (Artificial Intelligence) system to recognize these patterns and draw connections where none seems to exist.
This means data even when gathered in a legit and right manner may still be inconsistent, inaccurate and incomplete.

OPIRIA Smart and Intelligent Data

Opiria is more than just a platform for buying and selling of personal data, it is a market research platform, which allows companies to see things through the eyes of the consumers, understand what they want, get valuable feedbacks, which helps design their products the way the market wants it to be. The consumers get to gain income streams from the data they produce freely as a way of life, with total control over the collection, usage and sharing of this data
Opiria is linking directly together the companies and consumers in an innovative way removing the need for data brokers.

How Does Opiria Work?

Opiria works fundamentally in three ways;
  • The first is through conduction of online consumer targeted surveys by the companies through the Opiria applications.
  • The second is the integration of wearables and smart devices to the Opiria platform, which captures real and instant data
  • The third is the Opiria browser plug-in, which is responsible of keeping track of personal data like browsing behavior, keyboard entries, online shopping behavior, screen recording, emotion tracking, social media activity and many more.
Opiria team knows the existing problems, it has mastered them and has provided a solution that not only provides correct, authentic and accurate data for the companies but also rewards the consumers while giving them complete control of their personal data.
Instead of playing by the old rules, Opiria has changed the game.
