OPEN - Why Will OPEN Platform be a Success?

OPEN- YES / NO ??

When analyzing initial coin offerings there are certain points I reference while researching every project to guide my decision to invest or not. There are known facts like the Project, Team, Roadmap and token economics.

The Project

Open platform is a first of its kind, this is a project that is poised to be a pacesetter in the market of cryptocurrency payments, with Open platform application developers do not have to reinvent themselves, acquire more technical skills or learn a new programming language in order to expand their brands by introducing cryptocurrency payments, all they have to do is integrate OPEN's API into their applications the same way they will integrate payment systems like Stripe.
Its simple and easy to use, and considering Open is not recreating a whole new market but tapping into an existing one which already has billions of dollars in yearly volume, Open platform has the concept and idea to be a very successful project.

The Team

The Open team has ten members with four advisors onboard. This team is a comprised of Technology, Business and Crypto Experts without compromising blockchain and crypto experience in the process.
The CEO and project leader Ken Sangha is an entrepreneur that has had success scaling applications on iTunes raising in the process millions of dollars for real money casino app, he is also a advisor and mentor for different startups
The CTO Andrew Leung has previously worked with big global tech companies working lead engineering roles at Facebook and Blackberry amongst others.

This is just a few amongst the huge experience this team holds. Having gone through the LinkedIn profiles of the team members, I believe this is a competent team fully capable of delivering on the set promises of this project.

The Roadmap

When analyzing roadmaps the mist important factor I look for is a working prototype. A lot of projects makes promises but what mostly sets the successful ones apart is the ability to deliver a working product before the token sale.
In February 2018 the OPEN testnet on and off chain MVP was developed with that of the complex applications MVP 2.0 in March 2018. The release of the Developer platform is slated for June 2018 and Open 1.0 is slated to go live by July 2018.
This team has so far delivered on its promises with the working product and token sale, I believe with this same level if dedication they can deliver their milestones in due time.

Token Economics

Token economics is a very useful tool for investors. I use token economics and token sale structure to get a good view of how much control a decentralized project is actually handing over to the crypto community in terms of its possible ROI and potential for growth.

Also a $30 million hardcap for a payment token is amazing. For example Ripple's current market cap is a norths of $ 24 billion, so hypothetically if Open does a tenth of Ripple's performance that is a $ 2.4 billion which is an 80x ROI.

Conclusion

After analyzing this project, I believe I can invest in Open worrying very little about accruing losses. This is however my personal opinion and is not any form of investment advice.
